Staff was nice Room was small, dark and extremely noisy with machinery. Sleeping in this room was reminiscent of being trapped in a ships hold. We expected more from a so-called luxury hotel, as we certainly paid the luxury price.

Room was quiet. Bed a bit too soft. Room service menu very limited. Not a chair or a desk to work on. Not very convenient for business travelers.

Parking was expensive (valet with in and out privileges), but the location was excellent. Also charged a resort fee that provided nothing. We attended an Avs game at Ball Arena and the walk was easily managed (about 1/2 mile). Small rooms, but very nicely appointed and quiet. I will stay again, but it isn’t cheap once you add on the extras.

We stayed in the Mile High Suite! It's was amazing and smelled so good. The 16th street free bus rides was a must to explore the shopping district. Nothing.
