From the rooms, staff, breakfast, everything was great

They gave us the handicap person room. The floor was sticky. Free breakfast was mostly ultra processed food.

The pool was not in service and that was listed that there was a pool. A room smelled like marijuana.It had to switch, because it was so bad. We've requested extra towels and they were never received.And we also were there 44 days and requested.We clean which was never done.

Overall cleanliness was low. Bathroom had mildew in shower and piles of dust along the edges. Stains on the curtains and threadbared towels and bedspread.

Great stay. The room and building was very clean.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I called for extra towels and did not get them , then I asked the front desk again and they said they had delivered them .

Pool was closed kind of disappointing

Breakfast was fine,but some of the bakery could have been better. A few sweet rolls, also they need to have a bit more variety in the eggs. But I did enjoy it all. The coffee was great , but towards the end of the two weeks I was kinda tired of the western omelets. The breakfast staff was great.

We got a room with a kitchen; they have everything you need, except an oven. We didn't think about that part, so we pan fried everyting on the stopve top. You need to bring/buy your own soaps for the sink/dishwasher. The hot breakfasts were great everyday for the 7 days we were there. We would stay there again.

Free breakfast was decent. Microwave did not work in our room and staff never came to fix or assess. Kitchen had everything we needed. Kitchen floor wasn’t all that clean

Fully stocked kitchen and view Booked accessible room and it really was barely accessible. Dresser blocked entry to bed, bed too high for a wheelchair user, toilet too low. Room had drugs in it, floor dirty. 40 minutes to clean it for us and the compensation was a single entree for two people.
