I was expecting more. Atleast for it to be clean. My bed smelled like sweaty men. I had to wash the sheets myself. I woke up with a sore throat due to the dirty air conditioning units and dust I kept choking on in the middle of the night. The pillows smelled like sweaty heads. The shower and toilet had stains, so not sure how well they cleaned as I sprayed and wiped them down. I did not get a good nights rest. Towels are dingy and with dark stains. The staff were in a bad mood when you needed something, only a couple employees actually care about their jobs and were friendly. It’s good that it was so close to the airport but the facility wasn’t its best. Breakfast looked amazing but by late afternoon the tables still had stains and not wiped down. Then between the front area and outside it always smelled like marijuana. No coin machine to get quarters from for laundry. The floors were sticky throughout the facility. I was disappointed as this place showed one of the higher rated but wasn’t at all. Will not be staying here again.

The staff here was great and seem to really care about their work. The shuttle service was great and runs frequently. Overall the quality and cleanliness of my room were good. Unfortunately I had the room closest to the lobby and could hear loud talking well in to the night and the din of the breakfast area starting early in the day. I don't think this is much of a concern on the other floors.

Very good

The staff was available 24 hours. They were friendly and professional. There is FREE PARKING on the grounds. The breakfast was great. There were lots of choices of prepared hot foods and non-perishables so if you wanted to take something to go you had options. The amenities were nice (pool, gym) and the rooms were very clean. The rooms all have a full refrigerator, sink, microwave and dishes. Hot stove can be requested. We enjoyed our stay here and it’s very close to the airport and many other attractions. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Not the best stay. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. Front desk and housekeeping staff fixed the issue but should not have happened in the first place. The staff were friendly, but I don’t think I would stay here again.

Hotel is a great place. Buffet breakfast was great, great assistance. Front desk great. The bed and pillows however were smelly, not fresh. The AC was noisy and gurgling!

Location was perfect, located within minutes from everything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Linens could've been cared for better!

Clean, well maintained and super convenient to the airport.

Staff was kind and accommodating. Room was nice and clean. We appreciated all of the amenities but didn’t use any, as we were there on a short layover.

Rooms super clean- breakfast plenty and the woman helping with breakfast was super nice. I didn’t use the shuttle but the person on duty afternoon/night 6/2 was so cheerful and funny. We were working well into the midnight hour and the cheerfulness of this staff person as they were going back and forth from the airport was infectious! Also helpful to guests.

I enjoyed the practical layout of the suite. Clean room. Floor carpet along with sofa bed needs a thorough wash. Thicker comforter would help as well.

Exceptional

Was very satisfied with this hotel, the free breakfast, free parking, and the clean rooms. I’ll definitely stay here again.
