I initially book this room with the understanding that they had a complimentary breakfast but that was not the case. Would I stay again, definitely, but I will look first for a free breakfast

We chose to stay at the Hilton since we had an early flight the next morning. The room was spacious and had a very comfortable mattress. I got the best nights sleep I had in a long time. The staff were friendly and professional.

Clean, room was great and exceptional customer service. Loved how they welcome us BTS Army (fans). Enjoyed it. Rates were higher than normal Due to BTS concert. But that was ok.

Room was not ready at check-in time and had to wait for an hour and a half in the lobby. We had places to be and were on a tight schedule and this seriously affected our plans.

The welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable and safe. Very clean. Great pillows. Very convenient location. I would stay again.

I'm pretty sure they raise the price per night because BTS in town. I'm just happy they didn't cancel on me like most hotels did on others.
