I loved the layout of the restaurants, the size of the beach. Customer service was excellent. I loved absolutely everything.

Great location only about 15-20 minutes from the airport. Loved this all inclusive resort and the food was amazing. A lot of on going construction on site to take care of repairs that popped up during our stay. The repairs were handled in a timely manner but did cause some inconvenience.

The check in was very easy. FATIMA was really nice. The hotel was super clean smelled nice. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The food is very blaaah.. it's not just this Riu, its mainly all of Mexico. I feel is blaah. We had a swim up room, the pool water was very cold. And the staff kept walking thru our pool area.. definitely no privacy and all of the pools share the same water. We even had the neighbor come on our side. I feel like a divider would be nice. I guess the other Riu swim up rooms in other locations were better because they are on the bottom floor. These swim up rooms at Ventura are located on the 2nd floor

Loved the cleanliness and the staff. The restaurants were also very good. The mini bar in the room was a pleasant surprise. Transportation to the off site parties was a plus. Not much. I would return. I would prefer to have the option to choose what liquor/beverages were in my mini bar. The gym could have been bigger.

I loved the fact that it had a beach attached to the hotel. Also the staff was nice and there was plenty to do. Also my friend left her passport at the airport and their customer service rep was able to call them and get her passport back. All in all i would definitely recommend! Just the walls are kinda thin so you can hear the screaming kids in the hallway at 8am.

I liked the room . I also likes the pools The food could’ve been better. They need a hot bar or pizza bar open 24hrs .
