Wyndham El Paso Airport Hotel & Waterpark

Not sure where to start. The kiddie pool was being cold. It was too frigid for the boys to play in. However, the pool for the slide (which you can’t play in), the water was fine. The water was too cold for the big pool also. The next issue was that the resort just wasn’t clean and updated. We walked around the room in slides and flip flops because the carpet looked filthy and the chair in the room was dirty. I actually had to stop my Grandson from picking up some trash that was next to the bed which tells you the rooms weren’t cleaned well. When we first got there there wasn’t enough towels. There was only one face towel in the room and not enough towels for our family. We had to call repeatedly for towels. Another issue was the maid service. Our room was not serviced the second day so I called to see if our room could get cleaned. We had 2 adults and three children. I saw housekeeping outside our room cleaning other rooms so I asked if they were going to clean our room. I was told the policy was the rooms get cleaned every third day and that I wasn’t in the schedule. I then went to the front desk and asked them if our room could get cleaned because we checked in Thursday and it is Saturday, day three. The front desk staff, which included the manager, said they would get it cleaned today. We went to my daughters house and didn’t go back to the room. We went back on Sunday and the room was never cleaned. I was livid. I will not be back. I can’t give zero stars or I would.

Dirty. Location is a plus. Not worth if more than us 100 with taxes

She stated when I checked i would be by the pool, instead we was looking at the back side of the pool slide, area was not locked properly (gates).the surrounding area was dirty plus trash everywhere. The power went off 2hr 30mins be we checked, so we had to check out earlier

The pool area was ok but it was CROWDED and difficult to enjoy. The kids splash pad area was freezing cold. The room was super outdated and not well maintained. Lots of peeling paint, tears and stains.

The Wyndham is very close to the airport and so convenient. The staff was excellent and the pooll was fantastic! Je

The location of hotel is very close to airport . Front desk attendants are helpful checking in was easy. The brakefast buffet is good as well but if you want other eating places they easy to find. We enjoyed the water park as well.

A daily change of breakfast menu items would be great.

The main attraction is the pool slide. That was the whole reason we booked and it was closed. They close early on Sunday’s but it’s not announced anywhere so that we would know before we booked. Room was terribly hot it’s set at a temperature and can’t be moved. No smart tv in the suites. Hotel was not well maintained. Carpet was dirty.

Room 4106 toilet needed to be flushed several times before completely clean.

The key card is very sensitive and kept on disabling and you couldn’t use it to go in through the side doors because of that. It can not be close at all to your device.

It’s a decent place to stay, the convenience of the location makes up for everything else.
