The Staff was very amicable, they helped us with the airport shuttle and were kind to our children.

Helpful airport shuttle. Elevator was out to area with ice machine.

Clean and good furnishings. Staffs are nice and helpful. Good location.

My stay was great. Polite staff and clean room are all I need!

I am not sure why I was placed in a handicap room throughout my stay. I had to ask for towels daily and the toilet was interesting as it didn't flush enough to self-clean. My initial say it was brough me back but not sure if I will return. I do believe they can do much better. Staff was pleasant as always. Parking is always great and close to LAX. Breakfast was included as I was initially able to order water but the third day the assistant working the counter told me my breakfast did not include water only juice which made no sense.

We were not informed of the breakfast location and didn't use that service.

Room was very clean but the the halls carpets were filthy and the halls and elevators smelled bad. Staff was friendly and pointed us toward a grocery store. The only thing open late in the evening

Staff at time of checkin is very unhelpful. I checked in in the evening and needed to use the business center to print important paperwork. Printer was out of ink. Guy at front desk shrugged his shoulders and said tough luck. If you need to park they charge about 20 dollars extra and have parking tool bags making sure to ticket you otherwise. I would avoid this place at all cost next time.

The staffs were very courteous, the air shuttle was so convenience.

Lobby is a nice place to hang out.

Non functioning elevator, line is very long and only one person in the counter.

Property is nice and walking distance to a shopping center with a pollo loco, subway and In N out. However the startbucks in the building closes at 10am and you do have to pay for parking through a QR code. Also it had no hot tub and the pool closes at 8pm. It was nice to have a complementary dropp off or pick up to the airport.

Hotel was very nice & clean, as expected. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and in good condition. Didn't have breakfast here, so no comment on it. Parking was the only negative, at $30/night.

The hotel is dated and needs to be updated. The layout of the room was odd with the tv adjacent to the bed, not the most optimal way to watch tv. The bed was very soft or just very old. You moved and it would screech and now you have to pay for parking.

I didn't like that the parking was charged thru another company with fees. Easier for the customer to pay as the bill is paid not thru a parking lot machine.
