It was a roof. Ive never left a bad review anywhere and am usually a very chill person who will just charge it to the game if a company screws me over. But this one pissed me off bad so here: My husband asked the first night if we will receive a refund for the other 2 nights if we check out early and he was assured that as long as I checked out by 11am we will not be charged. At 11am I went to the desk and told them im checking out early(used those words) and I was just told that i’m all set. I looked at my statement a few days later and I was still charged the full amount so I called to ask about it, thinking i might just need to wait for it to process, and I was told there was no record at all of me checking out early and there’s nothing they can do. Telling me I “should’ve received a receipt of the refund” and basically blamed me for not staying to make sure I was refunded? How am I supposed to know your company procedure and that YOUR employee didn’t do their job??? If there’s no record of me even checking out then wtf was she telling me I was all set about?? What did she even think I was doing????? Now we’re going back and forth and the GM is doubling down that there’s nothing they can do cause the “records dont indicate and early checkout” so there’s just no way to prove I fully have not been there since then??? Girl if you don’t pull the damn cameras??? These people are a mess.

Giving 2 stars cause the lady who checked me in was really nice. Other than that, my toilet wouldnt flush, someone tried to fix it but it still wasn’t working. Fridge door wouldn’t close and leaked everywhere. Thin walls, person underneath me was playing music all night and was loud in my room. Super noisy place between other guests and road noise. not good if ur a light sleeper. Night time staff rude

The location was great, but, there were baby roaches in the bathroom so that was disappointing. I suppose its to be expected with many people coming and going, so just be careful with bags and belongings.
