Just stayed one night but it was excellent

Terrible rooms and customer service! My room smelled of urine, the pull out bed had brown pee stains. The hotel hair dryer had a cockroach in the bag. I brought it to the attention of the front desk person. Later that day I received a receipt for a refund BUT it wasn’t to my credit card! I have made several attempts to contact a manager and have left several messages. Being that this is a Marriott Hotel I would expect better customer service. I had another stay at this hotel planned in two week and I have cancelled that reservation.

Needless to say, they weren't! I chatted all night with someone on their app. They offered to move our room again at 8:45am but we had to be at the arena for her competition at 9;39am and had no time to pack up recruiting and move plus get ready for the competition. They said they'd have it fixed before we got back at 1pm... it wasn't. They said there wad nothing wrong with the door, you just needed to open the handle really slow...huh? They did they swapped out the mini fridge... but when I opened it not only was it still blowing earn air, the and chunk of ice that dead there when I left was still there stuck on the compressor.

The convenience to so many sites, restaurants and stores. The in hotel bistro has good food for a quick bite. Didn't use the pool, but looked nice. Thank you to the smiling faces in all of the staff.

Very exceptional, the breakfast was included with the room price, so that was a bonus. We believed there should have been a shower mat on the floor when you stepped out of the shower, but no big deal.

My husband and I loved the comfort of the bed,the beautiful shower, the Keurig machine,the mini fridge, the huge TV, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash,the fact that the nightstand had a place to plug your phone,and the mirror by the nightstand. I also loved that there were makeup remover pads. We didn't like the fact that there is a twenty dollar charge for incidientals. Thankfully, though ,when our card declined the charge,they worked around it. Also,the wifi on my phone was terrible and I had to keep disconnecting from it and then reconnecting it ,but it was still super slow.

We loved the Starbucks in the lobby, but we didn’t eat breakfast there. The cricket in our room was a little annoying.

Shower had hair in it. The big chair had ton of stains. Customer service and bed was excellent
