Clean tub and get better bedding and towels they were dingy and my ac/ unit didn’t work well

Bring your own sleeping bag and pillow and soap and shampoo. When you want to check out, call the place to wake up the guy in charge to check you out. I don’t recommended it all pay another 10 bucks for something real.

Needs help, I mean it kept the rain off our heads but....

There was a used bandage on the bed when we checked in. The mattresses are plastic with no box spring, the pillows are thin and single, they only provided two towels with no hand towels and refused more, and the power outlets are painted over. Also be advised, the hotel requires a cash deposit on check in.

I will never use hotels.com again. And beware booking and staying here. I’m now having to stop payment on my card because Hotels.com won’t follow thru and has no incentive to follow thru calling the hotel to release the funds on a no refund booking where I never got to check in and use the room. The moment I walked into the door and said I booked thru an app a few minutes ago, the desk attendant was rude and aggressive. I then began to explain it said it was dog and cat friendly and that I do have a small dog I travel with and I keep a clean room usually staying at Motel 6 and Red Roof Inn, before I could finish even saying ‘clean room’ that he is medically endorsed and registered she interrupted and said ‘It doesn’t matter you WONT be Getting a PRIME room anyway.” She saw it was ‘non refundable’ thru the app and said I only have one room left and if it’s not acceptable to you you can request a refund thru your booking party. I said if it has hot water and not gross it’s fine. There’s a $50 deposit for animals .. again she interrupted before I could clarify it’s refundable if the room is clean. She was soo rude and aggressive I finally said you don’t have to bark at me. She wasn’t professional at all. Said I can refuse service I haven’t charged you yet and put my handout for the card. She deliberately not answer the phone to approve release of funds. Gave me no room. Both Hotels.com and Hotel attempting to keep the rate. Stopping payment. Don’t stay here or use hotels.com

Front desk tried to say I had zero reservation and wanted to increase cost by 30$. The state of Indiana needs to inspect this location for safety violations! Hotels .com please remove this location from your list of places to stay in Evansville, Indiana.

Pictures tell the story. Stained bedding,light in bathroom hanging by a wire. Non working phone , dirty toilet, night table coming apart.when i went to the front desk to try to change rooms i was told that my room was Very clean and there was nothing wrong with anything in the room including all the stains all of the feces left in the toilet. So I just politely checked out and left but I will never go back and i cannot Recommend this hotel to anyone. So don't waste your money go somewhere else.

There was a white stain in the sheets, cockroach in the trash can. Desk lady gaven another customer my room number. Delt with some stranger trying to open my room door while me and my girlfriend was playing around in the bed

Shower Water pressure was really weak. Toilet didn't operate properly. Floor not clean!

Cigarette burn holes in linens along with stains. Cheapest place in area but not worth saving a few bucks. Very dirty stairs are very unsafe to 2nd floor no fridge in room.
