Front desk was great! The room… was not! Had roaches! We checked out immediately!

Property was dirty and the rooms were not ready for check-in. Myself along with at least 4 other reservations had to wait for at least an hour for our rooms to be cleaned. Then they smelt so Stong with cleaners that we got headaches.

The front desk tried to overcharge my card even after we did a walkthrough They try to steal your money

We had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to show up at the check-in counter, even though we rang the bell repeatedly. At the end of a long day when we really needed to get to bed, that was not much fun. In fact a woman who wanted to inquire about a room finally gave up and left. The room was decent and relatively clean, though showing its age a bit.

Our room was not ready when we arrived. Almost 2hrs later they moved us to a new room. Because ours still was not ready

Won’t allow pets. Tried to show service dog license the staff wouldnt look at it said to fill out a form and pay $250 fine to stay. Wanted to know how my dog is trained. We didnt stay one night and prepaid for 3. The hotels.com tried to reach the hotel manager and no answer no reply. Cost me $570 for 3 days of nothing. Wont reimburse me. Go somewhere else! Also asked me what my service dog is trained in - which is a violation of privacy. Looking into it legally if not re-imbursed. 26 years of service I dont need to explain my dog to you.

Breakfast was terrible. Bed was too high for me to get on. No one was at the front desk around 9:30 p.m. when my key wouldn’t work. The most unenjoyable thing was my Apple Watch missing and my Apple phone detected it was there and pinging when I talked to the desk employee. He laughed and hung up on me. Now I know why. They didn’t do anything about it and Wyndham Corporate didn’t either. To at least get compensated for my watch. I rely on my watch for health reasons. I am disabled and can call my husband if needed and can’t reach my phone

The location was perfect. We didn’t eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious. Although the facilities is a little bit outdated, it was very clean in our room and somewhat upgraded. Questionable characters hanging around the entrance which makes a single person a little uncomfortable. The Internet kept going in and out had to have maintenance come and even after it didn’t work very long before crashing again and today’s modern time Internet is key. You must make sure that your Wi-Fi or satellite works properly for traveling guests, especially when working remote.

Very dishonest staff a gold necklace was left and staff never turned it in.

Very enjoyable stay here. Clean property and the beds are very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the breakfast that was provided. Staff was friendly.

Used needles laying on the ground front and back of the property. Restaurant/bar that was advertised do not exist.. And surprise you need to pay a 100.00 deposit that I wasn't informed about.

No soap in bathroom, wife went down and ask he said he would bring it up I called after 30 minutes went by and he said he was real busy then he brought it up within 5 minutes but was still on his cell phone like he was when we came in

Location. Breakfast was very poor.

Property is very outdated and in need of some much needed maintenance, sink stopper was broken, there was some kind os stain on the wall that looked like dried blood, the chair for the desk was completely falling apart, had to have maintenance fix the extremely loud a/c unit

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean The parking was terrible. I had to park in the back with no way to get except to walk around the entire hotel. The doors did not work with key cards and the door next to my car didn’t even have a key card
