the breakfast was sub-par poor quality, no choices, not well managed

Wonderful staff!! Stay was very good had a lil hiccup with the power going out for a little bit but they we’re able to call someone out to get it back running. Hate i didn’t make it to the complementary breakfast only because I had to leave early and I didn’t have time but hopefully when I go back, I can get a chance to have it.Also the pool is an indoor pool so it is very very cold and the chlorine it reaps so you don’t be in there very long you’re eyes start to burn. I did experience a little racism, but not with the staff. It was with someone else that was staying there as well but I mean, I can’t control that. It is what it is, but overall the hotel experience was great.I would choose to stay at that hotel again.

This hotel is beautiful and clean, the room was lovely and the bed comfy however not well thought out for an accessible room. It was difficult to maneuver a wheelchair through the door as the breakfast bar is in the way, the peep hole was too high, the bed too high and the shower had no seat. Otherwise perfect.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with some variance each day. I really enjoyed our stay. We went swimming in there indoor pool but wished they had a hot tub. Everything else was excellent!

The beds were comfortable, even the pull out. The cleanliness was superb. Good variety for continental breakfast. The basketball backboard is broken, so you couldn't play basketball. We had several girls that wanted to play and couldn't.

The staff here was very responsive and nice. I was able to request an item I needed in my stay via text and it this was fulfilled promptly. Rooms were more like an apartment than a hotel room. Nice property and staff overall!

The room itself was amazing. it was clean and smelt wonderful. the breakfast was amazing, the stuff was very helpful and nice, the pool was clean and the gym was wonderful. overall we had an amazing stay. we never had to ask for supplies or anything because housekeeping came in promptly without us having to ask them to. The price could have been a little cheaper

This was a great place to stay, close to the University and several restaurants within walking distance.

The location was nice, the beds were comfortable. Our suite had a bunch of space! The pool area is small. No Hot Tub.
