This location is close to absolutely everything! We don’t plan to be in the area again but we are now going to stay looking for hyatts when we travel.

I’m staying at this hotel from now on when I visit NW Arkansas. Way better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. Simple check-in, very clean, has what we need, comfortable room, reasonable price. What more can I ask for.

I travel frequently for work, and as a result, flight schedules and travel plans occasionally change. My original flight for this trip was canceled due to weather, preventing me from arriving on my planned check-in date. I notified the hotel as soon as I became aware of the issue and requested a refund for the unused night, but the request was denied. Travel disruptions are outside a guest’s control, and I was surprised by the lack of flexibility in this situation. In all of my work-related travel, I have never encountered another hotel that refused to refund or remove an unused night when advance notice was provided. While the property itself met expectations, the handling of this issue left a negative impression and is the reason I would not choose to stay here again.
