I liked the location. They gave me a smoking room and he said it it didn’t smell but the room was horrible. The tv was small and the room didn’t look clean. When I went down stairs to complain nobody was around. The elevator didn’t work and we had to take the stairs. I wasn’t told that when I was checking in. The stairs halls smell like urine, trash and many other smells. I will never stay at an extended stay

No breakfast offered. Did not stay at this unsafe location. Rate was not commiserate with expectations. The location and the type of guests and the poor customer service of Booking.com. They had me on hold for 2 hours before I finally hung up and when I called back the next person hung up on me instead of trying to deescalate the situation. Rude, rude, rude! Never book through them again!

The place was close to where we would need to be. It was pet friendly had a place where I can walk my dog. Saw a roach in the office the staff was amazing except for the manager. We’ve stayed there multiple times and she accused us of smoking in the room on a previous stay on the third floor and we have never once stayed on the third floor. Our room had one towel we asked for a couple more cause we were staying two nights and would both like to take a shower and she charged us five dollars need a new manager.
