The breakfast staff had a bad attitude with me when I tried to get food at the buffet that I paid for along with my room. The food was terrible and they had only a few items when the menu included more options. Very disappointing.

The location was convenient. The breakfast wasn’t included as the booking stated and I had to pay for the breakfast about $20 after tip when I went to eat even though the booking stated that the breakfast was included and the associate at the front desk told me it was when I checked in the previous night . I asked the associate in the eat area she told me I had to pay but didn’t tell anyone else . I also brought it to the associates attention at the front desk in the morning she told me it’s not included and I shouldn’t book with booking or third party websites. She completely disregarded my complaint even when I showed her that it shows as breakfast was included on booking . They both were nonchalant about it and wasn’t understanding . Also the lady acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying and the pool was extremely small and a weird man was trying to get into my room . I’m not satisfied

Im not sure of the receptionist name however she wasn't pleasant. She was a White older lady. No smile , nothing. The other two women of African American descent was wonderful. One was young and the other was older . They was both very pleasant and asked question. Also the staff where you have breakfast was wonderful as well. Overall I would stay again. FYI - alot of family stayed at this hitel because we were in town for my aunt funeral.

Room very clean, Bed was VERY comfortable. Shower was incredible. Tv was awesome, tons of channels. Staff was the friendliest I've encountered. Incredible A/C. Very pleasant experience, thank you. Elevators broke down several times. However these break downs were over shadowed by how nice everything else was. Mechanical failures will happen, the rest was exceptional. Keep it up.

We stayed on the second floor. This was our second visit to this hotel.The walls Needs painting. In my room the floor had a lot of carpet stains. You can see the carpet was not vacuumed properly.A lot of dust webs in the corners of the rooms. I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was not in this condition. Hopefully they can look into fixing these problems.

The elevator was out of service. I had to use the stairs with a 2yr old baby

The elevator wasn’t working & I had to carry luggage up & downstairs. A huge inconvenience. There was no sense of urgency to get it fixed or help customers carry luggage up & down the stairs
