We were there for just a few hours but the staff was excellent.
-
Room was dirty hair in the sink and shower
-
Everything was clean, the breakfast was fine, the parking lot lights were bright, which was good.

This hotel was clean and the outside area felt very safe. It was appreciated that they had a buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t note any negatives in staying here. The price was also very good.

I stayed here last week due to travel and it wasn’t the best….. on the same travel trip I stayed again a week later and much better this time around! Glad they fixed those issues! Definitely would stay again

I have been coming to this hotel for years. This last visit was noticeably different. The "DOVE" stationary hand soap near the bathroom sink was filled with what I believe was cheap pink dish washing liquid. The exercise room was "dirty", and this was early in the morning. The "pet" room we were assigned had a smell that if the LVP flooring was actually mopped (after the last guest with a pet) with water and disinfect, the smell would not have been there. Do not be tardy for anything---one minute before the closure of breakfast, you will be warned. One minute after 11:00 am check out, the gm will knock on your door to make sure you are not overstaying. I think a new family is planning on buying this property. My last time staying there. Thank you.

The room was clean. The hotel is really old but just has a new façade. It’s very humid and smells horrible inside a lot of drug addicts wandering around in the parking lot. The staff was extremely nice in the room was very clean.

Floors were dingy. Door hinges rusty
-
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Staff super helpful!

Unless you enjoy the thrill of your vehicle possibly being stolen overnight or being watched by Fayettevilles finest most respectful folks, who are hanging out in the parking lot and on the balconies of the motel across the street. 0/10 not worth feeling unsafe to stay here at any price.

The breakfast was nasty

Great hotel in a very convenient location

Even though I checking on-line, it still took 15 minutes to check in again at the front desk.

We always book a dog room. The cost here is $25. Others do the same, however, I'm not sure where the extra $25 winds up from all those who they collect from. Reason I say that is that the dog room we had was poorly maintained. As far as the floor beneath our feet go, I would imagine nobody ever brings a mop inside to get these wooden floors a lot cleaner and smelling better. So, I am disappointed and I mentioned this to the management staff there. Please, someone needs to run a squeegee mop over there at least once a week. Maybe even sooner.

That the hotel was off I 95 north. Also they allowed pets In the bathroom there were hand towel with dog poop on them and the towels really didn’t smell fresh. There were nats flying in the room. The breakfast you went allowed to take anything up to room we were only allied to eat right there. Also the air conditioner there was a tapping all night long. Was not a good stay

The price was decent. The rooms had a modern revamp. Ah where do I start. This is one of those times, where I don't understand how this place received such a high rating. First off, it was INCREDIBLY hot inside the room. It took 4 HOURS to have the room cooled off to a reasonable temperature. We even switched rooms after being in the first one for half an hour thinking it was broken. The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Behind the beds looked like they may have never been cleaned, there were even the remanents of someone's snacks back there. Mystery stains on the bottom of the bed frame around the sides. Outlets with visible mold on them. Cracked top to the air conditioner. Mystery hair everywhere. The beds. Oh boy. I would have been better off sleeping on the floor. They were very hard and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows were alright, nothing special. The breakfast was subpar. I called before booking and asked about options available and was told there was a wide assortment of HOT breakfast items. You got make your own waffles, eggs and sausage. That's it, as far as hot food goes. You can also have some frozen yogurt cups and old cereal. The only positive about the breakfast was the sweet woman that was refilling everything. In a unsavory area. Lots of people wandering outside the hotel that we're not staying there, but instead in the hotel next door. Compared to other hotels in the area, charging the same price, this was not worth it. Would never stay here again. You have been warned.
