The property itself is very relaxing. Dark amd calm for the most part. Don't expect to get to use the hot tub. It was crowded all night and people we're partying in it even after it closed. I stayed a brief night and when I woke up I noticed both my beds sheets, pillows, and linens were heavily stained with deep fluid stains and dirt smudges. I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff and they couldn't care less. They were totally dismissive of the issue. The front desk attendant even told me "people don't expect their linen to be clean". At $250 a night, i expect my my linens to be clean. I have since emailed the dozen photos I took of all the stains I found and a story of my experience to the hotel management and have not heard back in over a week.

Wow! This hotel has everything. The room was clean and gorgeous. We had a view of the forest/garden out back -- very nice. There is a HUGE pool and a jacuzzi, a lovely play area/equipment for kids, beautiful nature trails, a restaurant, and gift shop. I will be returning with family to enjoy this hotel again.

We did not use the amenities while we were here, but they have a walking trail which offered a 1.5 and 2 mile route. There's an in-house restaurant, which has a great prime rib dinner special that I would recommend. Probably one of the best prime ribs I've had in a while! Room was clean. Unfortunately could not figure out how to make the A/C work, or if it just didn't happen to work in our room, but that was really the only downside. The whole room is pretty spacious, as well as the bathroom. There's also a 24/7 market and gas station that's right next to it too, which was convenient during our departure the next morning. Overall a super nice stay, I would choose it again if I come through Flagstaff.

A place to relax and recharge. The room was big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always happy to help.

Really nice property. The rooms are modern with the southwest feel. Breakfast in the restaurant on the property was a plus for me. I get elevation sickness apparently, so I had to check out a day early. They gave me zero pushback on refunding me for the day that I didn’t actually stay. Great customer service, nice place to stay. I would recommend for sure.

Room, Pool & nature trail Internet in room was not stable enough to use google cast to stream from my phone. Also, congestion to exit the property was heavy.

Pro: quick and easy checking in. Checkout was available via TV. Friendly staff throughout our stay. Nice and spacious room, bathroom has 2 big separate sinks. I thought that was really nice and convenient. Plenty of complimentary self parking. Nice scenery and paved trails around the property. Con: quality control really needs to be addressed and improved. Body wash was out and we had to ask for refill on the first day. One of the bed, bedsheet and comforter had many stains. I notified front desk in the morning but it didn’t get taken care of until after 4pm. I was waiting outside the room while the housekeeper went to get new set to change. Yet, the new set still has some stains. In the day of checking out, I found out shampoo was also out but now, it’s no point to ask for refill. Sigh… On another note, the tub is really high to get in/out. Although there’s a grab bar in the tub, I find it a little difficult to get in and out of the shower. Can’t imagine how elderly are able to do it. Hope there’re accessible rooms.
