We went onto the balcony to enjoy the view, and we were locked out for about 20 minutes. The lock fell off the door, and my child was left inside. My daughter is 16 but it could have easily been a minor or toddler left in the room or worse locked outside on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony after.

We stayed here for two nights and both nights were great. The check-in was quick, clean room and friendly staff. I definitely would recommend and stay again!

There seems to be an issue when using Expedia to pay for your stay, and then the hotel is taking your credit card for incidentals upon check-in. When they take your card they are then charging full price for your room after checkout. I was able to fix it the first time it happened, but this past time when I was double charged I am having to go through a dispute process and hope I get the charge removed. The staff at the hotel are insisting I was only charged once, but I have two receipts for the same stay with two separate charges on two separate cards. One charge was through the Expedia app using my PayPal account the other is through my Mastercard. Please be aware of this issue and check to make sure that others are not being double-billed.

Nice property. Modern. Only potential negative is that it is amongst quite a few hotels that have continental breakfasts. This one charges. I don't care much for the continentals but interesting when the brand doesn't fit the mold.

The property is very and quiet. The property has a bistro inside. It does not serve a continental breakfast and this was the 2nd time we have stayed there and the first time we couldn’t order any food because it was closed and this time they had no lettuce or tomatoes. Management needs to make some changes.

The staff here was some of the most friendliest, professional staff I’ve experienced in a very long time when traveling. They were all so positive and happy and nice. It was just a very pleasant experience.
