The most horrible experience I was only able to shower I didn’t even stay the night I checked out after a hour of being there the floors dirty the night lamps full of roach poop the pillows horrible no soap for the shower only one towel the bed was horrible

Fast and kind welcome at the reception. It was ok for sleping one night, but nothing more! I would prefer to stay somewhere else if it would be possible at that time. It is good position of the hotel. It could be better with some renovation and deep cleaning. Old place, luckily beds seemed to be fresh. Bathroom in a bad condition. We had two rooms, one smells really bad.

Room had clear damages, lock didn't work well. Also, there seem to be a lot of shady people loitering around the area. Especially the parking lot and swimming pool. I don't know why.

This is far from a 2 1/2 star hotel. The carpet was disgusting in the hallway and in the room. The smell of weed smoke was prevalent everywhere despite being no smoking. They advertise coffee maker, but there’s no coffee maker in the room and asked at the front desk, they said no coffee. Had to ask for towels. AC barely worked. By far one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed even worse than a hostile. And to top it off, the location is horridly placed between an exit ramp and the Florida Turnpike so constant loud cars and truck noise all night thru the cheap single loose fitting window.

Close to our destination. Staff not friendly, room not cleaned but one time and still no towels and wash clothes, had to go ask for towels and wash clothes every night. The worst booking that I have experienced when using Booking.com.

Nothing I went to check in and it was surrounded by police that night. Something had happened that was pretty bad. I called and was told I couldn't check in and they were sorry. So I asked for a refund and since it was through booking.com they said no.

1) No security lock on the door 2) they double booked us and SOMEONE WALKED into my room as I was getting ready. 3) front desk did NOTHING about it, apologized “my mistake” 4) odd beeping coming from the fridge, had to unplug. 5) had to move stand to unplug fridge which uncovered fire hazard- this has been reported to the Fire Marshall 6) room was disgusting 7) Expedia tried to advocate for me to get a refund 8) Belmont Inn argued with Expedia that I should have left the 1st night 7 hours from home with no other rooms in town available. 9)I call Belmont myself and am told manager is not there when Expedia spoke to manager not more than 5 minutes prior. 10) put on hold as a way to get rid of me and never picked the phone back up.

The hotel was more of a motel. Very simple, basic and underwhelming. However the staff was helpful and very polite.

We asked for a refund because we couldnt stay in the room as soon as we walked in. Front desk was nice to help. The room smelled really bad… the bed was very dirty and the sofa bed had molds… we asked for a refund and ended up looking for a hotel at 1am in the morning… we checked in at 1230am and as soon as we stepped inside the hotel , it didnt smell good… they need to be reported and inspected….
