Great stay, and breakfast

Staff always helpful

We stayed 4 nights. No housekeeping other than fresh towels. Breakfast was horrible.

I would not book this or any other property through expedia and this is my last booking through expedia. Upon arrival and check in I found they were holding a three room reservation for one night and I had only reserved one room and had my printed itinerary for one room as proof. Not wanting to be billed for three rooms I asked to cancel to, but told that could only be done through expedia. The desk staff was helpful and accommodating through a 45 minute phone ordeal with expedia. Expedia wanted the Itinerary numbers for all three bookings. I had only one and gave it to them. The hotel uses different reference numbers, had one tied to my Itinerary but no Itinerary number for the other two. The clerk gave me those numbers which I gave to the expedia representative who informed me she had no access to those numbers, but needed itinerary numbers. She did call the hotel while I was standing there, the hotel gave them all the reference numbers and was informed they needed itinerary numbers. I told expediat that if three charges appeared on my card, I would report two as fraudulent. The clerk gave me all the reference numbers she had and contact information for her and the manager in the event that I was charged for three rooms.

It being right on Ft Bragg is convenient for division week. It could better breakfast and common areas. It would be nice to have a covered outside area for groups to hang out.

Great price, friendly staff and clean comfortable room.

First of all, this property is on Ft Bragg, so unless you're in the military, a DOD civilian, retired veteran, or card-carrying family member of a veteran, you'll need a visitor's pass to stay here. I had a suite with a queen bed and a pullout couch. The room was really nice; there was a separate kitchen and living area; the kitchen had a small refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster, and coffee pot. There's enough counter space and cabinets to prepare meals; there's plenty of space for a hot plate or air fryer. The Commissary is right across the street. There was a tub/shower combination in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space. Nice-sized TV on the wall in the living room as well as in the bedroom. Complementary breakfast is available, and it is pet-friendly. The only problem that I had was that the ice machine on the first floor was out of order.

The staff is beyond friendly and helpful! Rooms spacious and clean. Property had a grilling area where we were able to grill out and have a semi homemade meal. A bonus is the adorable cats!
-
I had to get a new access card to the room every single day. Moreover, I was moved to a different room because the door scanner was defective and no way to get into the room. The water wouldn’t drain in the tub. Clear plumbing issues.

Absolutely perfect! Loved the cat! Great staff and clean rooms. Very quiet! Right next to the PX and Commissary

People were friendly

It was a nice comfortable place and I appreciate the Fort bragg and the landmark. It was a little difficult to get access to public transportation

The bed was very comfortable. The facilities were clean and the breakfast options were great. It was also a convenient location and being able to check out later than most places was wonderful! I had sent a request to get into our room sooner since we had an event. We got there at 3 and the room was not ready

Very well kept up. Clean rooms, lobby, kitchen areas. Great breakfast staff and helpful housekeeping staff.

Easy access, comfortable room, ample breakfast The towels! Not enough and too small.

Night Staff was incredibly rude. I called she immediately said. Can I put you on hold. I said ok. I wait 20 min. Nothing. I hang up. Call back she answers this time. I explain I reserved but put to pay at property due to unsure of timeline. I had a 9 hours drive and it was going to be extremely tiring. I say. I can keep driving. I said to please cancel. She said no. And proceeded to want to charge me TWICE. Two nights I was not going to be there. Besides it being policy or whatever. Showing some empathy to people goes a long way.
