The staff was real good one room was not to our like so she switched us to another room and it was good and she went out her way to get an iron for us if I may say I would visit again only this time with an upgrade

The price of the room fluctuates wildly on booking apps like Expedia. It can be anywhere from $70 to $200 per night based on what the platform offers at any given moment. The value of this location depends on how much you are paying. For $100 or less per night, excellent value for the money. If you are paying more than $180, you can do better for the price. If you're looking for easy access to the beach and a basic no frills place to stay, I would recommend it if the price is right.

Room was full of bugs we found out they were termites 😡 I asked to be move to another room . They ignored me and said the maid would clean the room. I had to wait a good hour to get our room clean I had reservations at a restaurant which I was late. I’ve stayed at this property many times before because I love the location but the property is falling apart. BTW both pools were closed😡

The staff is amazing and very communicative about our needs, concerns, and housekeeping. The location is perfect and everything is of walking distance or bus. Nicole and Kodi are amazing at the front desk and would definitely book again with them !

Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean enough. Great affordable prices during the World Cup. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t opened but they had given us access to use the pool of their other hotel next door. I would come back again it was a nice stay.

Rooms weren’t very clean. Vent in bathroom didn’t work so the moisture stayed on the walls and floor. The pool was drained and dirty, unusable. Front desk isn’t always staffed. Sometimes hard to find someone.

Great location , staff responded quickly, kids were sad that they couldn’t use a pool but on the second day of our hotel stay we found out we could’ve used the pool next-door. Overall, it’s a good spot.

The front staff, amazing. Location perfect. The rest terrible. Modly, dirty, dusty, rusty, stained and bugs crawling from the tub or stock to the celling.

There was banging on doors early morning on two occasions. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. My review may be better if I wasn’t in the back part of the hotel.

Extremely responsive and courteous. Clean and easy to book.

The room is clean always. Staff are always helpful. We are on the beach. There so many food places around even mini shops.

The best Hotel out there

Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and convenient stores. The pool was out of service, so we had to use Elita hotel for the pool. Staff was very helpful. Its walking distance to the beach. We didn't have a bad experience. They do provide beach towels and an umbrella that is located in the office.
