There were a couple of things that I complained about upon my 1st day and the staff took care of it. However, I was not informed of the shuttle service until the last day I was there from no one until the shuttle driver told me as I came downstairs to watch an Uber. I was there from Wednesday until Saturday. I wasn’t given information on the WiFi or the breakfast or dinner options. I have been to other hotels and upon Check in they give you thins information. I also asked about my room being cleaned and was told that I have to ask for it. I thought it was strange that I have to request to get my room cleaned. I was disappointed to learn all of these things later. Especially the shuttle service because I could’ve saved so much time and money had I been informed of the transportation services. That hotel is not centrally located to where you can walk anywhere you need transportation. I was very dissatisfied and will not be back there again. I’ve been to Marriotts before and never experienced this from the brand.

Room was evacuate, the beds were comfortable. Staff was incredibly attentive and the shuttle helped us out immensely. I would definitley reccomend staying here

THE STAFF WAS SUPER SWEET , THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING , THE DECOR WAS IMPECCABLE, THE SHOWER I WANT IN MY HOUSE, THE POOL WAS ACTUALLY A LARGE SPA TUB , THE RESTAURANT WAS AWESOME , ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST,, I WANNA GO BACK IT WAS ALL GOOD

Where do I even begin? This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have had in a long time. Check in was smooth but when I got to my room the door was ajar and it would not shut upon entry. About 10 minutes later a maintenance man walks in and both of us were shocked to see each other. He said he was unaware that this particular room was being booked because the door was being fixed so it would close. He took about 10 minutes to fix the door so it wasn’t a big deal. Then there were no towels in the room whatsoever, which again, could be considered an honest mistake so no big deal. I went to the bar to order food. I was told that the food would take no more than 10 minutes due to my order being the only one in. About 25 minutes later I was looking for my food and was told it was not ready and I would be notified upon its completion. Then 50 minutes later I went back downstairs and my food was sitting in the kitchen with no notification whatsoever. This caused my evening plans to be pushed back. Then in the middle of the night at about 3:40AM the A/C in the room stopped working and we woke up in a sweat. I spoke to the manager and he made sure I was fairly compensated for the bad experience. The manager’s diligence made up a little for the experience but I can’t say that I would ever stay here again.

The hotel was amazing with a huge pool turned into a sauna..the restaurant was super ..the rooms were high end with showers that were very high end...thet have a big snack bar..bar..and free transport to the airport...I'm coming back..

Not only met, but exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean with a beautiful nautical theme. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant had a great menu although we didn’t eat there, Susan at the bar/hostess was incredible. She went above and beyond in her care and treatment of us.

Me and my husband came for 1 night just a quick getaway and we loveddddd everything breakfast was not included but it was amazing do good did not mind paying!! Everything was amazing

The curtains in my bedroom were heavily stained but everything else was great

When we got our room keys, we heading home be the first thing we saw was empty bottles and bed sheets on the floor s of someone was still there. Another guest at the same time experienced the same, a dirty room. We had to go back down and get a new room. Ridiculousl mistake to make twice
