Excelente servicio, lo pedí para mi mamá y ella disfrutó mucho la estancia, el personal muy amable y muy rico el desayuno, el hotel está muy lindo también, excelente trabajo!

No hot breakfast the entire duration of my stay, pool was down for no reason, and they only cleaned my room once over 4 days. And that just consisted of making the bed and bringing new towels. The staff was not in a hurry to mitigate the issues and when I told them about them prior to my departure, they essentially said tough cookies. And then management contacted me and said, "sorry that happened, we will do better." Which really is not helpful because we won't be going back here. Typically, the team aims to remedy it by offering something, but at every turn, it was the customer's fault.

Exceptional

We booked this hotel for a softball tournament weekend. We booked this specific one so that we had breakfast in the mornings before games and a pool to relax in after. The room was great… very clean and we loved coming back to fresh towels every evening. The pool was closed the entire time we stayed which was really disappointing and the staff gave conflicting answers as to why. There was a sign on the door that read “shut down by SC Environmental Services”. When we got to breakfast the first morning there were signs up stating that they had no hot breakfast just the DIY pancakes and typical “grab it and go” items. Super disappointing. The pancakes were like glue and the cinnamon rolls were super dry. The yogurts and milks ran out extremely fast so we didn’t get to grab those. The coffee machine was out of paper and the staff didn’t know how to change it. We ended up just going elsewhere for breakfast. Overall it was a good room, but I could have spent my money elsewhere and gotten what I was looking for.

The property was having multiple problems when we were there. The pool pump was out so unusable. The next morning they were having issues and no hot breakfast. They did have cereal, sweet rolls juice and coffee but not the hot breakfast advertised. I can understand one problem but simultaneous problems…makes me wonder about the overall maintenance. The staff was nice, just the way it was.

The next morning, we went down for the hot breakfast only to find there was none. Front desk said kitchen was down , they were waiting for part. We chose this place for those two amenities. Had we been informed, we would have stayed elsewhere. I asked for a discount, but was told no. Won’t be back.

Great stay!

Room was great, but the pool was closed and the oven was broken, so no eggs and bacon. Luckily there were lots of other options, like pancakes, cinnamon buns, oatmeal….The staff was friendly.

Unfortunately at check in we were told pool unavailable due to the county closing it down. Then the next morning we learned no hot breakfast available due to ovens down. This was unexpected and disappointing and wish we would have been told prior to check in so we could have made alternative sleeping arrangements on our trip. Wouldn't recommend.

I was a little nervous about the hotel selection, but in the end I was really impressed with everything: good cleanliness, a good breakfast, very friendly staff, and excellent service.. The gym is okay. Everything was well organized. The pool is very small. A little more attention to detail is needed around the edges of the bathrooms when it comes to cleanliness.
