Best value by far in the area. Building is older, with open-air hallways. On the water is a bonus. Super convienent to have 2 restrants in the parking lot. Most staff was friendly. Pool was very nice and overlooks the river. Had a King room on second story. Room was huge. Bathroom was huge. Had to ask for directions to the room at check-in. That was the only time I felt the costomer service was lacking. Also, no on site laundry was a bummer.

Staff was amazing! Dog amenities were spectacular. Dock at sunrise was luxurious.

Only here 1 night.. bar was ok.. well maintained huge dock with boat slips Room could definitely have been cleaned more… won’t go into details..bathroom door scraped on ceiling, room door scraped on rug… Free Continental breakfast was good.

It has a magnificent view of the Fort Myers skyline and river. The elevator had issues with the door and the room shower was very hard to operate.

Although I did not use- breakfast is available for guest at the 3 Fisherman restaurant. Will stay again on my next trip back to Fla. Price was reasonable
