Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Fort Myers - Airport

The room was clean, the environment was excellent.

Very clean property and courteous staff, just wished they offered more for breakfast. I wouldn't let that keep me from staying again though.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed. Because it’s a **brand-new property**, everything feels fresh, modern, and clean. A few highlights from my stay: * **The Room & Kitchen:** Having a equipped kitchen was very convenient. It features a full-size refrigerator and a sleek countertop stove, which made easy to prep meals and store groceries comfortably. * **Accessibility:** The layout is highly accessible, thoughtful, and easy to navigate, which isn't always easy to find in hotels.

I didn’t like the pillows was very uncomfortable to sleep they were flat, need to replace the pillows.

I went into the room, saw roach. I let it go. I was tired and I figured we are in Ocala, Florida. Sometimes these things happen went to bed woke up with two roaches crawling on me at 2 o’clock in the morning ran to the front desk. They changed the room, but the whole night was ruined. No roaches in the second room I know that because I couldn’t sleep finally got out of bed and left.

Breakfast was basic. Parking was easy and safe.

Room exceeded my expectations. Bed was comfortable, nice size tv, surprised to see residential size refrigerator, full size microwave and stove top. Complimentary breakfast was weak. Basically coffee, pre wrapped muffin and yogurt. Didn’t see any fruit. Worse breakfast in any hotel I’ve stayed at. Front desk people not friendly.

It shouldn't be listed as a breakfast. It wasn't. I arrived at 5 and my room wasn't ready and had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get in my room. Also only 1 elevator seems like a hazard in a fire. No dishes or utensils. Supposed to be extended stay
