This is a great hotel to stay at. If I had one thing they can improve on it would be the shower pressure. It is definitely lacking. Other than that it was a great property to stay at and we will return again.

Best gym I have been in at a hotel and cool temperature to work out; one thing I can't stand is a gym that feels hot when walking in. Great breakfast. Great kitchen area in the room, an actual freezer separate from the refrigerator was nice. Easy parking. I'm staying here when I come again.

This is truly an amazing property, and I believe it is the best place to stay in Fort Smith. The staff fulfilled every request I had, and I especially want to recognize Melissa and her team for their exceptional service. The property feels new, and the diversity of rooms clearly meets a wide range of needs. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which was always freshly prepared. The 24-hour availability of cookies and coffee was a wonderful touch, and I was particularly impressed by the extensive selection of coffee flavors. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
