The team was helpful in getting a complicated reservation taken care of. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly!

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, and there were lots of food options near by. It was very close to the zoo and botanical gardens.

Front desk staff was very helpful and check in was a breeze. What I really liked was having a room on the first floor without asking. Can't remember the last time I didn't have to take the stairs or elevator.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. Another customers heat wasn’t sufficient and they didn’t have any extra blankets or heaters.(They had ran out of both). Needs some loving attention

Everything was very good. You have two tv screens in and near the eating area. Nationally for news viewers rate Fox News over CNN, MSNBC, etc. At least one of those screens should have been what 70%+ prefer.
