Rooms should be cleaner.

I stayed at this hotel because I was having spinal surgery and it was across from the hospital. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, and accommodating, making sure I had clean sheets daily and always asking how I was doing. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel.

We had a great trip to Fort Wayne, the room was great and clean and the fridge and microwave were super helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool but I do think a few more chairs in there would have been nice. The breakfast was worth it and we enjoyed it! Thank you for the staff for being kind!

Staff was awesome. With newer hotels as options in the area, ownership should look at a total rehab. The half assed rehab shows.

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions that I had to the best of their ability. The kids loved the pool as well and the hot tub was like perfect. When I booked the room, I booked it because it said it would have a sofa bed in the room and it only had 2 queen beds. 2 of my children had to sleep on the floor because we did not have that sofa bed. I was a little upset. They told me that they would look to see if they could find the rollaway bed but did not hear otherwise. We just figured it was in another room already.

Staff were friendly and helpful. While the staff provided excellent service, the accommodations were unfortunately subpar. The room exhibited significant wear and tear, including scuffed and damaged furniture, as well as a poor paint finish. The bathroom layout also presented comfort challenges. Furthermore, despite an additional charge for a hot tub room, the tub was found to be unclean and consequently unused throughout the stay. Had a partial refund been an option, I would have pursued it. I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
