Much nicer than the surrounding properties by a long shot. And breakfast was great! Staff was very nice and helpful. Close to all the "attractions" of Fort Wayne. Stayed for three nights with no problems.

Not the best hotel if I’m ever in the area again, I will not book there again top blanket was dirty room smelt like mold and ceiling was peeling apart inside of the bathroom. There was a few nicks and holes in the walls beds was small and uncomfortable not worth the money

My heat/filling unit didn’t work. My door didn’t close automatically, I had to push it shut, the bathroom door doesn’t close tight- gets stuck on the floor. Hallways upstairs haven’t been vacuumed in a bit.

The 2nd shift staff and Mr. Phil in the morning made this hotel stay by far the best ever, they were entertaining, excited and engaging. 1st shift front of house staff could use some training, they acted as if they didn't even want to be there, as if we were a bother to their day.

Hotel employee and her staff especially her housekeeping staff that never comes to the rooms are liars and thieves. The plumbing is horrible you literally have to stand in your dirty water while showering. No adequate housekeeping. Place falling apart like hotel employee

Staff was very nice and welcoming. The rooms I give a 4/10 as our room door had to be slammed closed in order to shut, room was dusty, pull out couch sheet was not changed as it had crumbs and game pieces on it. Breakfast was did not have many options but it was good and keep you full until lunch. The pool was great it was warm like it should be not a cool temp which was perfect.

I have stayed there many times over the years. Even when they had frozen pipes and we walked thru water in the lobby. I was disappointed in the room. Wallpaper pealing, bathroom floor coming up, paint needed fixing. It just seems it was let go. Not sure I will stay there again.

We came here for a short spring break stay. The pool was warm, the room was clean, breakfast was fresh, and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and if we are ever looking for another stay-cation, we'll definitely be back.

When I checkef in I was told they overbooked double beds and if i wouldn't mind getting a single bed with a couch bed. When I opened the couch bed, it was dirty and so was the mattress. After I called and complained, I was given a room with a double bed.
