I've sent several e-mail via my outlook and also from booking.com. I have paid for my accommodation via Booking, yet I see that the same amount has also been charged by your hotel. I have sent several emails regarding this matter. I urgently request the refund of the relevant payment.!!!!!!!! Alper Kavuzlu (staying sate May 21, 2026)!!!!!

There was only 1 of the 2 bottles of "complimentary" (aka $2/ea.) water in our room when we arrived. The A/C was not working. We were woken up by construction very early Saturday morning. The final straw was when we returned to our room that night and could hear 2 small dogs barking in the room next door. Not something the hotel could prevent, but was the last thing we could put up with after trying to work with the other issues. The employee at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating when we expressed all of this to her and got us a new room very quickly. (& let us know that they were not informed of the pets in the room next to ours) Again, staff was helpful and the rooms were clean - it was a list of little things that added up that inconvenienced us our quick trip.

The best hotel in Ft Wayne

First 2 days shower only had luke warm water but was told by the front desk that they were working on it. When they got it fixed it was good and hot

We also wanted to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel when we arrived around 11pm. However, there was no signage in the he Ft Wayne airport indicating where to wait. We called the hotel and were told that a shuttle was on the way. Before one appeared, a good samaritan offered to share his Uber and we took him up on it. We also needed a shuttle in the morning back to the airport to pick up our rental car, but none was available until 10:55 and we were scheduled to pick up the car at 10:45. So, the main perk which attracted us to the Hilton was not available to our specific time frame.

Tidy room and friendly staff. I stayed in the middle of May 2026 and they were in the midst of renovations. They let me know at check in.

Nice rooms, comfortable bed. Could use blackout curtains that totally cover the windows, the blackout curtains had a one foot gap at the bottom which let in a ton of light.

Monday I was told there was no one available who could help me. Fortunately I have a roller suitcase and pushed the suitcase with my knees. Even though the hotel is not required to have 24 hour help for something like this, it would have been nice if someone had been available. Anyone traveling alone that needs assistance may want to keep this in mind. The hotel and room were excellent.

This is a very nice hotel in a convenient location. Food is good and rooms are very nice

The one night we stay it was very nice The little construction work that they had going on in the room you can hit and drilling Hammond and everything while you sleeping at 8:00 in the morning

Rooms were to small and beds were uncomfortable. We ended not staying the whole time.

For us the location was perfect. There were 7 of us and we all hung out in the bar area where we could get drinks and munchies while we played cards. The room was also nice, but funny thing there was some ambiance lighting around the bed that we could not figure out how to shut off. We were really to tired to call down and find out how to shut them off.. Breakfast was great, and offered a lot of choices. The servers worked very well together to make sure all guests had the information about all the options available. Food was good and fresh.
