We booked a room for a concert nearby at the Coliseum and this hotel was super clean and staff was very friendly.. very much worth the price of the room which was phenomenal

Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel was close to everything we hoped to visit. My only complaint is the lack of indication that the pool and fitness center-two of the reasons we chose this property for our stay-were closed for renovation. We found out at check-in. I felt a little bait and switched and I had 3 disappointed children. I understand that this is a timing issue and renovations are important for progress, but had I known prior to check-in that two of my search choices were unavailable we would have stayed somewhere else. As it was, our stay was pleasant and overall the property is good and improving.

The bed was very comfortable Very disappointed in the breakfast,the eggs tasted terrrible and your ideal of bacon for breakfast is bacon bits??? The french toast was hard. The whole breakfast area was not stocked with plates or juices when i got my breakfast i had to use a bowl for my meal because there were no plates.When I book a hotel I look for continental breakfast offered.The breakfast is very important to us

We really enjoyed our experience at the Hyatt place hotel! Newly remodeled, nice lobby and facilities. The room was very nice and very clean. Bed clothes outstanding! Hotel situated right next-door to shopping and numerous dining choices. Would eagerly stay there again.

Loved the beds so comfy , loved the new walk in showers, and loved that it’s close to everything! And the staff was Awesome!!!!! No fan in the bathroom for the shower, all the birds nests and birds chirping at 5 am on the little balcony outside the window

I get it - remodeling. But drilling and nailing was taking place at 7:09 in the morning. The room was very nice.
