Cleanliness and location.

Everyone was super nice and very accommodating. The air conditioning was amazing and our room was very clean. Had a great stay.

The hotel charges a $75 incidental fee upon check in. They do not return your deposit. I have called the hotel multiple times and they state it has been refunded but the bank states the opposite. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel's location is great! Nice area to walk and find places to eat. Breakfast is served warm, it has different options like eggs, potatoes, assorted bread, fruit yogurt etc. In general it was pleasant for a very fair price.

It was everything we needed and it was very clean. I loved having floors with no carpet - knowing it had just been cleaned made me know my socks or bare feet wouldn’t be black as it has happened in carpeted rooms. When we left my white socks were still white on the bottom. I knew this standard meant that everything else was clean. The staff was considerate and friendly.

We always stay here it’s clean, in a safe neighborhood, they have a decent selection for a quick breakfast and the rooms are comfortable.

Room was great for just an overnight, beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location of hotel was perfect, and price was great. It was difficult to find a parking spot, we had to park down the road a bit. Breakfast was also lacking in hot items, and overall space to prepare food, and tables to eat at.

Clean hotel and rooms. In residential area. Very safe area. Not far from Stockyards. Small and quaint. Sundries shop for snacks. Free breakfast was great. Only one elevator working but not a long wait. Would definitely book again

Location No hot water We had a lot of luggage and clerk said we could change rooms. We were too tired. The next day I said I want to cancel the rest of out 4 night stay. Clerk said you will pay for one more night bc you checked out after 11. I said if I’m paying for tonight, give me a room key that works for tonight. She said if I give you the key for tonight, then I’m going to charge you for the rest of the week. So I left. I haven’t called my cc company to see what she had charged me. I was too mad.

The hotel was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was way better than some I have had at other establishments. The room I stayed in had great air conditioning. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

This hotel serves its purpose, but nothing extra. It was quite noisy - the walls were paper thin. We could hear the alarm going off next door both nights we stayed there. Our keys were coded wrong and they locked us out of the room for our second night - which they did easily solve at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was simple, but adequate. Bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon crumbles. Parking was the bonus here. Easy to park. Average room, nothing special, but would stay here again - quick drive to the stockyards!
