I wasn't able to stay and they wont refund my money when its was because of them I couldn't stay

I thought it was very considerate of them to have left a bowl of snacks and waters for our stay. It was Valentines day. Nice touch

Staff was okay. Room was not the best condition. Next time I will pay a little more to stay somewhere cleaner.

Room to small,AC didn't work, refrigerator didn't work right

I prepaid for this hotel for 4 nights, when I got there I was told that they could not accept the reservation. I asked for any kind of room substitution and was told they can't do it. Instead, I got to spend hours on the phone talking to robots and chatting with computers. Wasted half a day, and did not get my refund till days later, which left me with almost no money to get a new hotel.Not sure who carries all the blame. I just know it was a terrible experience.

Room was dirty, there was small pieces of trash all over the carpet. Carpet looked really dirty and the room had a weird smell. Restroom was dirty, especially the bathtub there was hairs everywhere, toilet looked like it was not clean at all. Fridge and microwave were really dirty there was pieces of food everywhere. The area was quiet and safe to stay for one night.

Deposit was in cash. Luckily I kept a $20 in cash as emergency fund. I probably would have been turned away. However, the hotel staff forgot to give me my cash when I checked out. I remembered about my deposit after I was back home in New Caney, Texas. I asked the hotel to mail my deposit to me on check. The reply I received was that they don't mail deposit in check; I have to get it in cash. It is inconsiderate for them to ask me to drive or fly 500 miles to get my $20 in cash deposit. Can booking.com refund my $20.00 by deducting it from my payment?

I had high hopes because the office was clean and decorated. But then I was checking for bed bugs and the pad on my bed was stained bloody all over. Someone tried to paint and got paint everywhere whichever made it look more old and dirty.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. The front desk requires a $20 cash deposit before they will issue a key. They refused to provide the customer with a receipt of the cash deposit.
