The ac was not great. The room was humid and smelled. I got up because I felt like something bit me. There were small dead bugs in the bed!! Then a live spider crawled under the mattress! It was very late so we switched rooms and it was better. The staff was very nice but wouldn’t stay again.

Great shower. Comfy bed. Convenient location.

Staff were indignant and rude concerning other guests and willing to let long term guests leave so they can book their rooms for higher rates during weekend events.

We paid online. Once we arrived, there were extra fees we had to pay that were not listed online. Would not have stayed had we known that. AC barely worked, front desk was not helpful.

Honestly, there wasn’t a single aspect of the stay that met my expectations. This was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room had a very unpleasant smell from the moment I walked in, and the condition of the room overall felt neglected. My bed sheets even had a blood stain on them, which was unacceptable. The towels were by far the worst I’ve ever used in a hotel, they were extremely rough, thin, and dry, nothing close to what you would expect for the price paid. The service was also very disappointing. The staff felt cold and unhelpful, and they weren’t even able to provide fresh towels to the room when requested. Another major issue was housekeeping. The hotel does not clean rooms daily like a normal hotel, but only once a week, and this was not clearly communicated upfront. Unfortunately, the smell and overall cleanliness of the property reflected that policy. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.

The beds were great and room was quiet. Only complaint was the water pressure was not very good in the shower and the room could have used a little more light.

The location was ok. The place was dirty. The maids seemed lazy. There were wrappers & trash on the floor in the hallways. It looked like the maids on the 4th floor rarely swept the carpets. The level we stayed on had trash & filth on the floor the whole 2 weeks we were there. Our room wasn’t well cleaned either & things were broken. The shower rack was broken & the curtain wouldn’t stay put because it looked like someone had pulled on it because it jiggled around & the microwave handle was broken. The staff at the front desk was generally rude except for one redhead which was sweet. The overweight lady that is there during the day was extremely rude with a bad attitude & no one seemed to like her. The night lady with the gray hair was very sweet & pleasant. The hispanic maintenance guy was very sweet as well & always asked me how I was whenever I saw him.

Felt safe, comfortable rooms, ac in 410 was ice cold so we slept great, awesome kitchen and perfect to save money when traveling for softball team. We will absolutely stay her again!
