Sink was stopped up with someone else hair. Bed was not comfortable

You got what you paid. There are reasons why this hotel charges the lowest in the area. Late check in at 3PM. They said free breakfast but only coffee and little muffins, no fruits or milk. Don’t expect too much with the price you paid. Honestly, the room we booked double full sized beds was OK with kitchen, but no dryer, dishes or utensils. Free parking and free internet. Check out at 11AM. The shower leaks droplets on the tub, noisy all night.

Was give a room that had been used no key cards the front desk had to walk us to our room to open door to a used room then moved us to another location the service was completely disappointing

The whole hotel it should be torn down... PERIOD

Staff was very rude and disrespectful towards my wife and I. Room was very filthy. Roach infested. When we try to tell the front desk they caught an attitude with my wife and they put us under someone’s else’s name. Creating some sort of fraud deal. I forbid anyone going to that hotel.

Walked into room and the bed wasn’t made nor did the bed have a blanket. We also found 2 roaches in our “King Suite”. Asked for them to make the bed and and possibly bring a blanket up while we went to dinner and the blanket was in a plastic trash bag on the front desk when we got back with our room number written on the bag. Completely appalling smell throughout the whole floor we stayed on and a dog was barking all night. Reeked of animal urine and trash.

People were extremely rude when trying to check in. Smelt of marijuana.. outside was trashed lots of broke down vehicles. Extremely dirty

The hot water was hot. There were no chairs in my room. There was no shower curtains. The restroom counter top was stained and burned. There was no cable TV. In fact, there wasn't even a coaxial for local stations. The tub had a huge patch of caulking. And the drawer front was missing from one of the kitchen drawers. Without a doubt, this hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. I will not return to nor use any other Extended Stay hotel.

NA The first room offered was with a strong cigarette odor and the second room was with a broken AC. Then we were told they didn't have any other room as the hotel was overbooked.

We got there for our reservation the lady at the desk said she saw our reservation but there were no open rooms. So we had to go find somewhere else

The air worked on the 3rd room. First room was not cleaned, moved to another room and the Tv did not work, electric plugs did not work.

The RIACHES RIACHES ,THE DOG SMELL JUST DIRTY

Across from me there was whimpering dog who cried all night for their owner. It was sad and very hard to sleep through. That's my only negative.

The staff have been super nice and helpful
