Room clean and updated.

The first day our room was not cleaned (although we requested it to be cleaned daily) and we were not given any towels, we did not receive any additional hangers (although they were requested), there was a cockroach in our room and there was no hot water for two days. We checked out a day early and no one apologized, no manager came out to say something.

The staff was excellent when we checked in and very helpful when it came to using the amenities one of the bed side lamps would not work properly

Cause things was operating correctly like phone and outlet in room and sofa bed horrible.

On Saturday nice we returned to our room to find our smelling like gas. I contacted the receptionist who came up to check it out and she agreed it did smell like gas. She immediately moved us from that room place us in a 1 bed room, however there were 4 adults, my bothers has to sleep on the floor and chair. We paid for double occupancy but they're was none left. The gas smell was so loud it cause me to have a headache, which went away when we moved. The next morning the manager said they sent someone up to the room to check it out but the smell had left. I just want to be accommodated for my inconvenience of moving all our things from one floor to the next at 1am in the morning. As well as my brothers having to sleep on the floor, one said he would sleep in the car because he didn't want to sleep in that gas smelled room.
