Baymont by Wyndham Franklin/Cool Springs

Our blackout curtain was broken, the body lotion bottle was empty, and there was a large stain on the bath towel. The room was extremely dark. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was a short 10-15 minute drive to Franklin’s Main Street.

Room was very clean and comfortable bed. Only thing that could have been better was the breakfast. Good for the price

Staff was accommodating, requested a ground floor room to avoid the stairs and they were able to put us in a room close to parking

Our room was not clean. And it stunk to high heaven. I had to call the front desk because the shower in the bathroom was stopped up and it was filling up like I was in a bathtub. Then after I used the bathroom and flushed the toilet all the poop came up through the shower drain. I had to close the bathroom door because the bathroom stunk to high heaven. All you could smell is poop coming up from the shower drain. It was gross amd nasty

excellent value. one of the cheaper places for the area and it exceeded expectations. staff was super friendly, breakfast was pretty good, and most importantly the room was updated and *clean*. I would def stay there again

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Check-in was super fast and the lady at the counter was cheerful. The room smelled fine, beds were firm and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was super strong, loved that. It was quiet, we heard nothing all night. Our stay was fast, checked in 10pm and left the next morning. I was surprised with the breakfast. We arrived 20 min before it was over and they were still restocking everything. Our family of 5 all found what we wanted to eat. Would stay here again.

It was fine for a quick stay. Staff were friendly, it was clean. There were lots of breakfast items, however it was not very well maintained. Only water came out of the juice machine for both the apple and orange juice. 3 Large dispensers of creamer were all empty. The hot food wasn't all hot. Kind of disappointing. And we were there before 7 for the breakfast.

Good location cracker barrel restaurant almost in parking lot. Gas station almost in parking lot also. Quiet, clean .Staff friendly from checking in to checking out. Breakfast was also better than some other hotels. Parking in front of room. Price very reasonable. Second stay, will stay again.

It's the carpets. If they removed them and just did laminate flooring it would make a huge difference cause the rest of the room is great you can tell they are upgrading but the floors I didn't want to take my shoes off.

Decent area for the price. No complaints.

The person who took our reservation prior to checking in was exception bcos he assured us of a room on the 2nd day when there were no rooms available at time of booking. He said he would find room. Broken blind and curtain. Couldnt close so no privacy
