The 1st room smelled of smoke for a non smoking room. We were moved to another room. This room smelled great, BUT had cockroaches.

Nothing Very dirty hotel everything is worn out and the couch there is extremely dirty. The receptionist there has no manners at all. The rooms smells like trash.

Front desk was very rude and inconsiderate. He seems to be a self as decent as English and accent was so bad. I tried to explain to him. I need a little help. I need to check in a bit early, but he couldn’t let me in even though other room was vacant and available, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone. 441 Hotel was filthy and smells all over. Customer Service has zero experience.

The air in the heat was fine. The parking was adequate no vending machines. You can’t even get a drink no coffee or anything in the office. Uh

We were traveling through and needed a place to stay. A lot of hotels in the area were fully booked. I decided to book red roof because in the past when I’ve always had a good experience. Always super clean. The moment I turned on the light the floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in about a year, there was stains on the walls that looked like blood. Above the shower head was covered in black mold. I’m surprised the health dept hasn’t shut this place down. I checked the beds there were no bugs. Bed had clean sheets. We had no where else to go so we decided to rough it out and stay but took off first thing in the morning.

It was very dirty—there wasn't even any soap, nothing at all. I requested a room in a non-smoking area, and it was absolutely horrible. What a disappointment! I give it a 0 in every category.

Room was filthy plugs didnt work and management was rude and very aggressive i would never come back or recommend this place to anyone!!!

There was an excessive amount of cockroaches. Usually one or two can be possible. I counted over 20. That just shows the management is pure lazy. The doors need painting and weather strips at the bottom. I would not recommend this for the 2025 holiday season.
