Hallway carpet needs pulled and reattached to remove bumps that could trip patrons

The Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel whenever I am flying in and out of Fresno! Immaculate, spacious rooms are luxurious, and the free breakfast is a show topper! The staff is awesome.

The breakfast was a little lacking.

From the 1st phone requesting a shuttle, to room accessibility, to staff friendliness, hotel appear appearances, room amenities and comfort, to delicious variety of breakfast choices, to ease of checking out....our stay was perfectly relaxing and wonderful!!! Thank you so very much for taking excellent care of these 2 weary travelers!!!!

Great experience staying at this hotel!

Everywhere I went, was very clean. From the outside to the inside. Plenty of parking spaces The bathroom faucet was short in length, when extended towards the sink.

Always a pleasure to stay here! Highly recommend.

Shuttle pick up from and to the airport, great courtesy for guest The facility is clean and inviting. Hotel Front Desk Staff was very professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, they honored our request for clean towels & trash bags daily during our 5 day stay. The hot breakfast had a great variety of food and it was delicious. Having to check out at 11:00 a.m. would have liked to request a later check out time my rental car return is at 4:00 p.m. , my flight is at 7:30 p.m. The pricing of the beverages $5.00 for a bottle of iced tea, $2.00 for generic bottle of water I spent $14.00 on beverages need to be more reasonably priced

We arrived late, approximately 930 for a quick overnight and an early departure at 4am for the airport. The receiptionist checked us in and began to tell us about breakfast in the am. When we advised her that we would be departing early, she told us that there would be snacks in the counter in the am for early departure. Thank you.

Great hotel near the airport, clean and neat rooms. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast with many options. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
