That said, this property appears quite dated and in need of significant maintenance and updates. Upon check-in, there was a disturbance nearby involving a guest loudly yelling and using profanity, which did not create the best first impression. The following morning, several police vehicles were present in the parking lot, which added to concerns about the overall environment. We put food in the fridge, and it all froze. The faucets in the shower and sink all need to be replaced as they spewed water everywhere. Seeing bugs crawling on the floor was also not appealing. I have stayed at many Motel 6 locations over the years, and unfortunately, this was the most run-down property I have experienced. While the staff was accommodating and did their best, the condition of the property and the atmosphere left room for improvement.

Clean rooms as usual staff on top of the agenda and Air conditioning still working. My car is in impound so I don't have to worry about parking.

It’s an ugly place; honestly, we arrived at the parking lot and left to look for somewhere else. It looks really bad and dangerous—we preferred to lose the money rather than spend the night there.

It was clean it was located in a good area where you could go to the store and to the gas station quiet at night for the first time in a long time my stay in Fresno was safe clean and fun

Not a comfortable place

I have stayed at multiple Motel 6's over the years, and most of those experiences have been somewhat positive. Regrettably, I can't say that for this property. The amount of homeless people 'hanging out' on the property was far too many to count. At one point someone started a fire in the middle of the parking lot to cook a meal. There were people doing and selling drugs openly on the premises. The two ice machines on the property have been vandalized so badly that they are rendered 'un-operational'. There were loud tenants arguing into the late hours of the night. The conditions of the room itself was appalling. The walls where extremely dirty, the shower curtain was being held on by only two curtain rings, cigarette burns throughout the room, etc., etc. It is apparent the staff is extremely overwhelmed. If possible, avoid staying here at all cost.

This place should be shut down.. dirty unsafe on property management poor no shampoo.. unsafe noisy .. can’t lock doors .. air conditioning didn’t work.. stay out of this place

It was an affordable stay in a decent neighborhood

Rooms were clean, but the building needs some maintenance work. The motel faces a major avenue, which can be noisy at night if your room is on the side of the main road.

It was a terrible and unacceptable experience. The hotel fails to provide even basic standards of accommodation and security. I had to request a room change on three separate occasions because the rooms had a terrible, foul odor and were also filled with the smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke; furthermore, the toilets and bathrooms were in an inhumane condition. To top it all off, when I went to the parking lot to check on my truck—which contained very expensive furniture—I saw some individuals attempting to break into it. I had to report all of this to the hotel manager, who told me I needed to contact Expedia customer service to obtain a refund. I also require compensation for the extra expenses I incurred to stay at another hotel within the Best Western chain; it was more expensive, and I had to drive for over 55 minutes to get there. This was extremely frustrating for both me and my companions. It was a truly terrible and unacceptable situation, and I do not recommend that anyone visit this hotel. I had to leave the premises immediately; the safety and accommodation conditions are abysmal, the air conditioning was not working, and the heat was excessive. It was a very bad experience.

Nothing Roaches, Super Dirty, Blankets had holes, and smelled really bad

Room seemed clean but blanket and one of the towels a little stained. Parking was easy. Good enough for our one night stay.
