We liked the in/out door that we had in our unit. We were especially pleased with the pool.

Nothing is complimentary and everything is over priced. The power went out and the generators (if there are any) did not allow the elevator doors to open. My family and I had to walk down 16 floors.

Absolutely an amazing place to stay. The staff is wonderful and attentive, the rooms are excellent and clean and the beds are quite comfortable. We have stayed at almost every hotel in the area and this was by far the best. We will be choosing the Omni as our preferred hotel from now on.

Everything! It’s a beautiful property. The location is excellent and centrally located.@ Close to food venues and Cowboys HQ. The bed was too soft. I prefer a firmer bed.

Front desk staff was amazing. Valet was on point.

My husband's martini was terrific served in a pretty glass. The bar was real nice and they split our shared late evening meal in the kitchen so our burger was ready to eat without needing to cut it. We had a nice time and would return when we visit Frisco, TX.
