Spot was a good location. Staff was great but with only one maintenance guy it took the over two hours to fix a 20 min problem. Room could be upgraded and painted. Dont fall for the ocean view over the pool view…there’s really no differences.

Hotel is nice. Clean rooms great bed. Decent breakfast. The pool area is nice!

Our stay was great. Very helpful staff, breakfast area was well maintained and the staff was very nice. Pool area is great with a bar that serves food and drinks. I am ready to return and I just left yesterday

I was pleased with the room that looked out on the ocean as well as a 4.5 acres of undeveloped land. I could sit on the couch and enjoy the beach and wildlife on the land next to the hotel. I did not understand that there were two properties. I was trying to check in to the wrong property. Once they figured it out it was all good.

The cleanliness. One of the main reasons I picked this property was because it said it has a business center online and it does not! This was extremely frustrating since I had work to do that was time sensitive. Also, there was no one working the front desk for over two hours on Tuesday, June 2nd. I waited at the front desk for 30 minutes because someone put a sign there that they walked away and would be back shortly. The person never came. After my family ate breakfast, that was not as advertised, we went back to our room. I called the front desk thinking someone would answer the phone when they returned, no one answered. I went back downstairs walked around looking for a business center or someone to assist me with my work needs and the housekeepers said there was no one to help me I also wanted to ask about parking and I was told to go to the neighboring hotel, the Courtyard Marriott by another housekeeper if I have any questions which was absurd to me. We had to go to the Courtyard to ask about parking and I told them no one was at Townplace and she said she would call but there was no one there. When it was time to check out that is when someone was working the front desk and I inquired about the business center and was told there is not one and she was not sure why the website says there is a business center because all they have is a printer. She was gracious enough to help me with my work needs and I was extremely uncomfortable sharing worked related and personal information with her but I needed to get this done immediately. The entire ordeal was extremely upsetting..

Superb

Close to the water. Clean pool and staff was great The people that stayed above us. So loud and stomped around in the middle of the night!

Location. Close to the beach and fishing pier and other fun activities. Lots of mosquitoes in the underground parking garage.

Breakfast had limited options and coffee was always out so quickly.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Helpful and friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast buffet and great pool. And the location feels safe and close to everything.

Good overall

Tara greeted us with a big smile and was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy with her & she gave us all the information we needed. She was great! Kitchen staff in the morning was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice & I liked the little hall closet that could be accessed from both sides. The firepit was on and I enjoyed that! TOILETS ARE FOR SHORT, SHORT, SHORT People!!! My stars! I am 5'5" & the toilet was all of 15" from the ground. I feel sorry for a tall person as their knees would be under their chin!! I also wish they had a few rooms with balconies, like the Courtyard had.

The property was well maintained, the breakfast was good, and the pool was very nice. The breakfast area and patio area were small and had too much furniture to navigate around, the pool side bar was not open even though it was advertised to be open mid May, and the dog park area was not mowed.

Wasn't much of a breakfast choice. The bistro next door was nice
