Fairly new property! My only complaints are: No microwave in room. However, one will be delivered upon request. No ice bucket. However, remember to get one at check-in. The pool is too small to be used by customers of both hotels: TruBlue, and Homesuites by Hilton. I was not told upfront that there is a charge for parking of $20.00 a day.

Will be back ! Amazing stay

This hotel is great. The price was very reasonable, rooms fresh and clean with lots of space and the front desk staff was so nice and helpful. I forgot to pack a toothbrush, and when I went down to ask if they had any, they had a whole store of complimentary toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc.

I feel that the Hotel wasn't worth the money. We had a lot of issues with a leaky air conditioner in room. We did report it. The bathroom was very dirty. Hair on floor and in trash can. Pieces of toilet paper on floor. Not mopped. Also, had trouble getting towels, washcloths, etc.

It was a nice little no frills hotel with a clean room and great location. First time staying for what it’s worth…no coffee maker in room was more disappointing than we thought it would be. Called down for extra towels that never were brought up. And while i understand complimentary breakfast is not gourmet, the food quality was lacking with flavorless eggs and sausage patties and the buffet closed well before advertised on one of our days. If all you expect is a clean and comfortable room, then this place is for you.

Nice place. Right on the beach. Breakfast was fabulous - huge spread with lots of great (and healthy) choices. The reason my rating is so low was because of check in. We arrived about a half an hour early and were told to go pound sand. Couldn’t get us into our room just a little bit early? Traveling from out of town and being tired, I thought that was on the pathetic side. Other than that, it was pretty cool to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the pelicans fly right by and have the beach be just across the street.

Public hair in shower, rock hard beds, insane noise from upper levels. Room faced a getto complex where prostitution was present, had to keep the shade down. Breakfast was ok. Location is great. Storm blew threw and my mirror go broke off by a palm tree top. Surprise charges for parking $20 per night, if your staying multiple nights it can add up.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming retro vibe that gave the property some character. Housekeeping did a good job, and the room was well maintained. My only significant criticism concerns the EV charging stations. While I appreciate that the hotel offers EV charging, the chargers could benefit from better maintenance and more consistent upkeep. Reliable charging is an important amenity for electric vehicle owners, and the current condition made the experience less convenient than expected. That said, the cleanliness of the room and the unique retro atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay. With some attention to the EV charging infrastructure, this would be an even better experience for guests traveling with electric vehicles.

El desayuno es aceptable, las habitación son sencillas pero cómodas, el área de la piscina no lo utilice pero creo que es un caos.

Our room was clean but the shower door sounded like it was going to fall off in our hand. The toilet seat lid would not stay up so that was difficult. Kid traffics down the halls and above us was almost unbearable. So loud all night. We had a room close to the main road and we could hear the traffic all night as well. We had a beautiful side view of the ocean and pool area. We did not have a coffee maker or microwave in the room. The staff was amazing and kept us with plenty of clean towels. The location was great with ice cream shop and pizza place in walking distance.

Check in, went to the room and the AC was broke, leaking water on the floor. Front desk said they would move me to another room. Seat in the lobby 2 1/2 hours waiting on them to find me a room.
