Great , helpful staff, clean room, nice hot breakfast on Saturday. Bed sleeps great

Our room had curtains that we could not close because they were ripped. We had to use a hanger to keep them close because people could see right into our room. We prepaid for the room and then was charged again when we got there and are still awaiting a refund. The woman at the desk, unfortunately did not know how to correct it and it appears that the manager that came by did not either because the amount is still not returned to me, although the $35 incidental fee has been refunded.

This location was perfect for a visit to Raleigh. Not far from any place we wanted to go. Close to IHOP, Walmart. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast needed a daily variety, but overall we liked this hotel. Clean.

The front desk could speak new English. I paid $170 for the room. They said it was a $35 incidental fee that would be held my credit card. I get there. They charge me 170+ another $125 for incidental fee. Room smell like they have not been cleaned out in years just old, moldy, smelly, terrible place advise do not stay there

Property is pretty old. Staff was very friendly and kind. The room smelled like sewer. The air unit made a terrible sound. Propwrty needs some TLC.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. Bedding was soft and comfy, air temp was great, ac unit was quiet, breakfast was very good, with a broad offering of treats and proteins. The staff was very friendly, energetic and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much.

The room was clean, had all needed amenities. Basic though just what was needed nothing extra.

The breakfast was great. The shower had low water pressure.

I tried to get a refund from hotel because it reeked of weed smell but they said I could not get refund so I had to deal with the crap. The 2nd member of my party got sick over the smell. Hotels.com should be ashamed of that property.

Location was prime Check in time

Absolutely awful!!! My window was not attached if you touched it , it would fall in. We were on ground level and people were standing by the cars a couple feet from our window constantly. I was then told maintenance left so there wasn’t anything we could do and the hotel had no vacancy. The curtains did not move the tracks were short so the only closing curtains were sheer. I had to use a hair clip to pull the outside curtains shut for privacy. Gym wasn’t open, computers weren’t accessible … and I hen we returned to our room the second night there was a pocket knife on the floor beside our bed. The reviews are very misleading as I only booked this because of the 8.2 rating !!!!

The AC work well.. the furniture a little outdated. The bathroom was tiny and had no fan. Overall not bad but not great.

Everything is outdated and not kept up with.

Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly, bed was comfortable and room was clean! Decent breakfast options as well.

Clean but well used. we stayed 1 night. room was clean. hotel was convenient to downtown Raleigh. Breakfast was ok but coffee was horrible.
