The breakfast was a little disappointing. Other than that it was pretty good.

Great location, clean room, great customer service and breakfast!

No microwave or coffee maker in room. Dorm style mini fridge didn't work in either of 2 rooms tried. Maintenance said they just don't keep things cold. Staff unable to make lobby microwave work. Hotel staff very nice, and place looks good, but property amenities normal in most lodging these days aren't available or working.

The check-in was great helpful but the room size and amenities were horrible. Small gym and had to walk across the street to another hotel for the pool. Would not recommend for families. Also not for pets. They have a small dog area and charge an extra $50 to have a pet. I ended up being charged another $100 on top of the room charge for parking and our dog. Would not recommend

Never stayed at a TRU property before, but having been on the road for the past 10 days, we knew what we wanted (and didn't). The place was decorated very hip and looked like no other hotel lobby I've been in before. The front desk was surrounded by every travel and snack product imaginable. Of course, none of it was complementary. The place just felt weird and as far as we could tell, the location was in an old industrial park. When we got to our room, we about barfed from the smell. Apparently, they were having sewage problems, and moved us immediately to another room. What really disappointed us was the $15 charge for parking. Really? We had stayed in some very nice locations the past 10 days, and we weren't charged anything for the privilege of parking in their parking lots. C'mon man!

Convenient hotel in downtown grand junction. Located near a ton of dessert, cafe, restaurant places, alongside shopping and other shops. Walkable location and good stop in western Colorado.
-
Great modern vibe and close to downtown, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and cafes. Breakfast was good, and I especially love the automatic pancake maker!

Nothing, no complaints and no comments. Everything was great.

All Hotel Staff (including hotel Manager) were nice, professional, and overall excellent. The hotel is well located, clean, and simply appointed while very comfortable.

Room are "European" ie small but the property is new and well kept. This particular crew that was working when I checked in was courteous, professional and helpful.

It was a great hotel, except the rooms are very small, and one thing I didn't like was they charged $14. a day to park in their parking lot, I thought that was ridiculous. Other than that, it's a great very modern hotel.

all good

Great location to Main Street where a lot of restaurants and shops are. Clean, nice breakfast but one bad apple- Cory the front desk guy must have hated his job - not helpful, irritated I asked him to see if I could cancel my reservation for the last night- if you book through hotels.com you have to give a 5 days notice so I won’t be using hotels.com again. He wore his thoughts on his face and doesn’t need to work the front desk.

Nice hotel in general, and very friendly staff, but unfortunately the fridge on my room was not working great. It would run for some time, eventually the compressor overheated, and often I would need to unplug then replug the fridge to make it start up again. Sometimes it got too warm for my comfort and I had to throw out leftover food, which in effect wasted some of my money.

Nice sucure area and clean rooms

Location is awesome. Quiet rooms, kept the noise out. Did have a squeaky AC, that was quite annoying all night. Bedding a bit stale, but clean. Would still recommend!! Bed is on the firmer side.

the heating system was like having a jet engine waking you up every 45 minutes
