One thing was they didn't have any cookware for us,not much channels on the TV to look at, not a enough pillows on bed.

This place has everything you need if you’re traveling for work. The staff is what really makes this place shine. Is it older and needs to be updated, yes it does. Pet friendly. They have a pool but it was closed the entire time we stayed. WiFi sucks so plan on upgrading.

Didn't notice till the next morning when the bathroom door was closed there was a pink towel hanging on the back of the door. I kept my socks on walking on the floor and the floors were covered with pet hair. The room itself is spacious just needs a thorough cleaning

That it’s pet friendly The breakfast it should of been better than what it was I would recommend a better breakfast
-
Staff was amazing Breakfast could have been better but there's a stove in the room, could cook it myself.
-
I didn’t like that I was charged twice for the room
-
Staff was cool Low quality and roaches q

There was kids running outside my room all day on Saturday. I was trying to relax but I couldn't. I know that ain't the hotels fault.

What made my stay was the staff! Carolyn, Haley and Debra (I believe thats the right name, may have been Brenda, she was the daytime front desk clerk.) Those 3 ladies made me feel so at welcome and at home, I was stuck in Greensboro bc of the weather and I was really missing home and these 3 dont even know how much chit chatting with them helped my homesickness. They were wonderful and I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing lodging. Thank you ladies!!! I can't really say there was anything I didn't like. There is always room for improvement but for the price and the service, I cant see any reason to speak negatively in any way about this hotel. As I stated in my other review, the breakfast was minimal but no big deal. There is a Dunkin and McDs real close too.

Staff was friendly, immediately responsive to special request in app (late check in), provided shampoo I had forgotten. Has a great little kitchenette, damn near a studio apartment! Only thing I was a little disappointed in was the "included breakfast" was just muffins and instant oatmeal and coffee. The only reason I was disappointed was the description says breakfast included, but they let you know upon check in its a "grab and go" breakfast. Not a huge deal, but I would have been a little more prepared for that if it was more clear. A little fruit wouldnt have hurt my feelings. However, because of the service of the front desk ladies, I will definitely stay again.

Staff was polite and attentive. Breakfast was fine. I used it both mornings. We used the pool too. The room next door had guests who played their music extremely loud both evenings and middle of the night. Thankfully the staff did address it with success after I notified management.

Clean and good customer service Quit clean and very amazing

It was pretty clean I didn't like the fact that they their front desk closed at a certain time and it wasn't anyone in the lobby. I also didn't like seeing people roam around the hotel amd I also noticed that there were people just sitting out in their cars all night, as it they were living in the car. I noticed the cars was filled with lots of clothes amd belongings.

The tv in the room was not working

The first room we were put in was dirty, and so was the second. We had booked for three people, so they knew we would be using the pull out. We had to go back downstairs for bedding. There were no extra pillows available in the hotel, so there were none for the pullout sofa. When we pulled out the sofa, something had been spilled at some point and was caked on. It was so late at this point we just put the sofa back together and my husband slept on the couch.
