Broken furniture in room, cigarette burns on various parts of bedding, tears and slashes in carpet. Other guests were noisy late into the night and asked me for money whenever I would go into a common space. On the other hand, staff was friendly and helpful.

I did not. Once i checked in, on my way to my room i was harassed by people who were just hanging out in the hotel for money. I felt extremely unsafe
-
No hot water, toilet didn't flush, mirror cracked and bottom was broken and jagged, blood stains on sheets, carpet was sticky with who knows what, tv broken, burn holes in sheets and blanket, denied a refund. Also CS was atrocious.
-
Drug dealers, criminal activity, and dangerous environment. I would not recommend this place to anybody

Room smelled like smoke. There was a huge whole in the wall. Luckily i was able to get a refund because i was not going to stay there with my family.

I never stayed. I showed up to the property and felt unsafe. There were about six rooms with windows that were busted out so they had them boarded with wood. You walked into the lobby area and first thing you smelled was weed. Above the reception desk there ceiling tiles were brown and missing. We get up to the desk and the front end clerk says deposit for room is CASH only. I don’t carry cash. There was a sign on the counter that says deposit is 100 a night you can use credit card or cash.. I told him I wasn’t doing cash I was using credit card because that’s all I had. He pretty much REFUSED me from getting my room at this rate. Also there was no coffee available and the breakfast area cleanliness was horrible. Sticky tables and chairs, room look like nothing seen in the photos. Something needs to be done about this.

This place is nasty. While trying to check in a lady was doing the famous central lean right in the lobby. The guy checking us in didn’t seem to know much of anything. The room smelled worse than week old ashtrays. When we decided we wanted a refund and our deposit back he couldn’t even remember where he had put out money. Then after trying to get my refund thru hotels.com the hotel wouldn’t even comply and give them the info needed for me to be refunded. Was a waste of time money and effort

Filthy old smelly garbage everywhere. We left after 1 hour. Would like compensation of some kind.

Need to remodel the hotel

This hotel is super dirty in the middle of the hood with homeless people begging for money. I tried three room all were dirty and smelly. This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. I told them they could keep the money, so I drove home. I was scared my car would not survive the night. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. This hotel is unlivable and should be closed. I don’t want anyone to be fooled, this place is a dump 2.25.25.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed. There appeared to be criminal drug activity occurring. There were a lot of what appeared to be homeless people walking the stairs. I stayed one night and checked out the next morning. I stayed at the Holiday Inn the rest of my visit.
-
It was horrible we left after a couple hours because we were scared to get in the shower and beds filthy dirty carpet was nasty and covered with debris. It looked like squatters had been staying in the room. Plus we found a crack pipe laying in the floor when ewe first entered the room No room key had to get the front desk to let us in if we left the room. Most of the windows on tHe first floor were boarded up for some reason. Dirty towel wrapped around drain pipe on sink to stop leak. Toilet was about to come out of the floor. VERY SKETCHY

I had to leave, the conditions of the hotel room are horrible. I rented a room with a king size bed, non smoking and they gave me a two full beds smelling like cigarettes really bad.The employee couldn't give me the card key because the machine wasn't working good. Had just one towel and it was dirty, no covers in the bed, just the sheets. TV wasn't working, no remote, no trash can. In general a really disappointing experience.

It was absolutely disgusting. My room had black mold on the ceiling and lamp. People were fighting all hours of the night. The dresser, microwave were broken. The linking and curtains were nasty and never washed. It was absolutely horrible. The worst hotel I HAVE ever stayed in. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
