Check-in was good. Came in Sunday just before 3, the girl at the desk was pleasant. Monday morning was completely dissatisfying. Breakfast was a very negative experience. No coffee was available. No plates were available. Bowls were the only option for eating off of. I mentioned the lack of plates to the young lady at the desk who slowly walked into the serving area for a brief second then said "Oh well." The lady working the food could not be bothered with trivialities from the customers about the bad service. My wife told her about no coffee; the lady flipped her braids off her shoulder, blew a bubble from gum and walked away. I tried to salvage breakfast by eating cereal, figuring they couldn't screw that up...no milk. Before we went upstairs, my wife asked the kitchen worker about the coffee. "It's brewing" was her monotone answer as she walked past. Oh, on a positive note about her, she was very quick to move the food items back into the kitchen from the service area at 9 am. And we noticed that when the coffee was ready, all the hotel workers were there to consume it. I've heard that La Quinta has gone down hill. It's true. We won't be back.

Drain in bathroom sink was clogged and smelled bad. After maintenance worked on it, drain was still slow to empty.

The person in the room next door had tv on full blast ALL NIGHT asked staff if he can turn it down just a notch.. Nothing happened.. horrible night no sleep for my 7am meeting, otherwise things are okay

When checking in staff was having a personal conversation so I had to wait then while checking me in the person came back and he continued his personal conversation the room had not even s half roll of toilet paper so I had to get one off housekeeping cart the shower runs out onto the bathroom floor so just the floor mat is not good enough dunking breakfast the syrup container was also most empty where I had tilt to the side to get syrup While leaving there was a older man very concerned about actually going on in the hotel where he reported and there was three staff members at the front who dismissed him Where he then came to me asking for help I assisted him with notifying the authorities the staff saw and hear this and then they decided to call someone I came into this area because my son was having a basketball tournament this is supposed to be a family friendly hotel and nothing felt family or friendly the staff could have taken the information down for the man and have it at least noted so that if this came about again then they all know it’s repeatedly but they chose to ignore him and if someone was to get hurt then they have a bigger issue I will not stay here again with my family

Upon checkin ( after a very rainy stormy drive) I asked for a luggage cart to try to bring in my stuff. The man at the desk said he had no access to one. So now I knew I had to make multiple trips out to the car in a terrible storm to try to get my luggage and bags. I am a senior citizen and he made no attempt to try to help me . as a result when I got my luggage out of the car, my luggage tipped over and fell in a puddle and when I tried to stop it from falling into a puddle, I fell in the parking lot. Not once even when i made it to the lobby and he saw how upset I was andthe condition I was in did he attempt to relieve me ir make arrangements for someone to assist me. Finally a woman who worked there helped me get into my room.. .

Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. Common areas appeared dirty and not well maintained, giving the impression that housekeeping and upkeep are not a priority. The biggest frustration was breakfast service. After the initial rush of guests, many food items were not restocked, leaving limited options for those who came down later during the breakfast hours. Overall, while the room was acceptable, the lack of maintenance, cleanliness throughout the property, and poor breakfast management made for a less-than-satisfactory stay.

Room very clean and helpful staff. Only discrepancy was hole in window apparently from rock, but upon initially seeing the hole it appeared to be a bullet hole.

The door wouldn't open and staff shoved on it to open it. The room was dirty and bed spread had multiple stains in it, so we requested a different room. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 9am, but when we got there at 8:50 am, the staff already shut it down and we weren't able to get anything.

For an older hotel it was acceptable. We did have an issue with the tv/remote. Never seen any hookup where the screen is blank when you first cut it on. Kept waiting so we could find a channel, finally called front.desk which ended in him coming to our room. He explained remote only handles volume and.channels and you just start hitting the channel button up or down. Who knew this? ,

Room was clean and in great condition. Most of the staff was friendly, some did not speak. Breakfast was average, regular coffee ran out 3 mornings in a row. Need one extra pot to keep up with number of guests. Parking was spacious and convenient. Overall very good and a great price.

Everything clean modern except phone. The shower curtain too short creating slip and fall hazard because the floor wet.
