Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

The room was exceptionly clean.

Room was comfortable. The check in staff member was not rude but not personable. He seemed rushed and didnt want to answer my questions. Refrigerator was dirty. Toilet handle broken with a slow flush. Reported all this at checkout which was not written down in my opinion. I was in room 2789 in Greensboro, NC. Elevators in bad repair. Two were broken during my stay in Towers.

My shower water would not drain but other than that it was good

Both pools down, no breakfast, people stuck in elevator staff workers had to asset the people off , no microwave, revolving doors broke it was the worst experience I had a hotel don’t let the name fool you

Loved it!! It was a beautiful stay. I had a little problem with the new girl at the front desk. My card was charged multiple times for the same amount but it was able to be fixed. They also did not disclose the pools were closed for maintenance until I checked in.

I was extremely pleased with everything. I rate this as my best hotel in Greensboro, NC.

Clean and comfortable No microwave and bring by the elevator

OVERALL: Sheets were dirty/shower didn't work/ fridge not cooling/rude front desk staff /NICE maintenance guy!!

There is a lot of walking at such an event, which is good, but I did rub blisters on both my heels because I was wearing new shoes. One of your kind registration staff gave me two band aids and did so with a smile. Thanks!

Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Service with a smile great places to eat and drink clean comfortable and relaxed even under construction it was great Didn’t bother me but I know the kids were disappointed that the pool wasn’t there yet but next year it will be awesome

I enjoyed my stay the staff was nice and helpful. My only concern was after we got in the room and left to attend an event in the downstairs ballroom, when we returned to the room the light fixture had fell from the bathroom ceiling in the room. And the screws on the security bar on the door was loose. I wish we could have had a free breakfast. But other the coffee shop was nice.

Everyone that works the check in desks have terrible attitudes when asked about anything.

The experience was good.

Location Very unfriendly staff, one told me Thursday is a busy day and there are NO late check outs. Basically lied as another staff member granted me late check out. Even then, very inflexible. No shower option offered either.

Great hotel great location rooms are good size. Always enjoy my stay there.

The commode was too low no grab bars to hold on to to assist with getting up. If someone fell off they would fall next to glass doors and could mill themselves or really hurt themselves.
