Had a zero been possible for some answers, that would have been my choice. There are several issues, unsafe window seccurity--was wired shut, only one way to lock the door from the inside; felt the facility was not secure; sink failed to drain properly if it did, was slow; the room was unclean, as there was a large hairball on a shelf by the sink, among others signs of failure to properly clean. For what we paid, in these circumstances, we were overcharged. See above. The bedding seemed to be clean

The beds ? where do you get them from so soft.. I thought about canceling the day to stay ? in ?. The shower had so much pressure and temp was amazing for girl that like saunas. Customer service was so helpful, hes wasted no time to address my needs.

A.c was so dirty we didnt use it hookers all over the parking lot and street... holes in the shower.. fauset was loose didnt want to use it..didnt feel safe all night. All african american area.. we left at 5am
